Day by day summer is heating up and its too sweaty in some parts of the world. I hope it comes back to a good climate and that all are well. Anyway, here's another set of summer recipes, which is everybody's all time favorite, that's ice creams. Condensed milk - 1/2 tin(395g per tin) or more

Yoghurt / Curd - 1 cup
Cream cheese - 200g
Biscuits - any type - 1 cup broken pieces
Honey / Sugar / Condensed milk - as per your sweetness
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Instant coffee powder - 1 - 2 tsp or more according to how strong you need the flavor

Mixed nuts - a handful crushed or chopped
