How To Catch Spawning Crappie

Let's take a trip and figure out what these fish want during the peak of the spawn, the end of May, water temp 65 degrees, light variable winds, water clarity is lightly stained for this lake and clear skies. These are all things to consider as it will help you determine the what to use, how to use it and where to go to get on solid fish.
We will be fishing the structure on the drop-offs just out from docks and a bulkhead which the crappie use as spawning areas.
All of these tips and techniques will work on any lake in any area that has crappie so give them a try during the spawn on your lake.
