UAE was once upon a time the most happening city in the entire world. And its projects were enough leave people in absolute Awe, Respect & Admiration. And people believed this was going to be the greatest city in the world.
However, one day - everything came crashing down. And where Dubai, UAE was destined to be the paradise where you achieved your dreams - it became a haven for 'trying to survive & sustain'.
So given that UAE has suffered nearly 10 years of tough times, finally hope seems to be on the horizon. However, is this the actual resurrection of UAE & its bad days? Or is it just the market correcting itself?
Well here are my 20 points to present my case as to why I believe Why The UAE Market Will Bounce Back....However, the one question I cannot answer is will UAE achieve its former glory or not.
1) The principle of What goes up has to come down - what does down has to come up
2) UAE with expo 2020 is relaxing its rules
3) UAE will offer attractive incentives for investors & businessmen to invest in its city
4) Banks have been instructed to start offering credit and relaxing its rules - although cautiously
5) The market will start giving out special offers & discounts
6) Cash Liquidity will improve leading to better business
7) The advertising, marketing & promotional arm of UAE will do its best to repair & change its image in the eyes of the world
8) New management will come into companies which will result in new rules & new forms of remuneration attracting new talent.
9) New projects will be launched
10) Those new projects will give rise to new job & vacancies
11) All these opportunities will attract a new breed of employees and professionals
12) UAE will ensure its key contacts & connections are kept happy in the EU & US
13) UAE is improving its relationship with Israel and that opens new doors of opportunities
14) UAE & Saudi will work together as a team
15) UAE's current strategy is to attract more Indians - particularly Hindus which is why it has laid the foundation for the Hindu Temple in UAE
16) UAE will get rid of the old projects which were simply wasting money
17) People will forget the past - the short comings of UAE and move ahead with the new
18) Opportunistic sellers will flood the market which will give rise to excitement in the market.
19) UAE's new relationship with China will create new jobs & projects in the UAE
20) Sheikh Mohammed's Son - Fazaa or Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum will do his best to make the UAE market happen
