The Rest Of Our Drugs Story Mission can be found in the Belknap region on the map.

For this mission you'll have to locate Roach. Upon arriving at the location you will see your bike either needs to be repaired or refueled.

After it is repaired or refueled make your way back to the previous location (the one with the burnt down house, it will have a blue circle on the map) and examine the small box laying on the ground.

After examining the box a short cutscene will pop and afterwards Roach will speed by you which will lead to a chase.
