What is the difference between public and private law? Over the years I have watched people struggle with attempting to understand how the government does what it does, as well as the fact as trying to understand how to remove one's self from the government's jurisdiction. You will hear people tell you that you need to "claim your nationality" or "choose a status of "white" (even though so-called white people are having the same problem). What I have found is that most simply do not understand how the law breaks down.
One of the first things I had to learn how to do is map out the law. This one thing helped me understand so much that I was no longer confused. Hopefully, it will help you as well.
