Liverpool news : Liverpool fan from Barcelona fountain video filmed pulling Anfield steward’s trous

Liverpool news : Liverpool fan from Barcelona fountain video filmed pulling Anfield steward’s trous Liverpool are going to investigate after shocking footage emerged of a supporter pushing a local into a fountain before the club’s Champions League in Barcelona earlier this month.  The local, a Barcelona street seller, was dumped into a fountain in the Placa Reial square as onlookers watched and laughed.  Angry Liverpool fans identified the supporter responsible as Martin Mullen, a longtime follower of the Reds who regularly attends home and away matches.  It’s an almighty shame that such behaviour exists in football and Liverpool are right to have got involved.  Yet, unfortunately, it’s not the only incident involving Mr. Mullen that they will be investigating. Liverpool fan pushes Barcelona local into fountain Liverpool would have lifted fake PL trophy Liverpool and Tottenham swap dressing rooms for CL final  New footage has emerged allegedly showing the same man, known as ‘Marty’, pulling down a steward’s trousers outside Anfield on the final day of the season.  The video, which can be viewed on the Liverpool Echo’s website HERE, was filmed at the junction of Walton Breck Road and Burnand Street. Liverpool fan pulls down steward's trousers  In it, a man in an FC Barcelona cap, understood to be Mr. Mullen, passes his pint to someone filming him.  He then runs over to the steward, who is facing the other direction, yanks down his trousers and then runs away laughing.  The Echo say Liverpool will be investigating both incidents apparently involving Mr. Mullen.  It is unclear whether Sunday’s incident was reported to officers. Merseyside Police were unable to find a crime log related to it.  Surely a ban from attending Liverpool games is on its way.  On the pitch, Liverpool’s season has been a huge success.  They played their part in arguably the most entertaining title race in history, pushing Manchester City all the way but falling just short.  And they have a chance to avenge their defeat in last season’s Champions League final when they play Tottenham Hotspur in Madrid on June 1.  How sad that the behaviour of Mr. Mullen has featured in the back pages in the closing weeks of the campaign.
