Hello! Thanks for watching! Much love and respect.
I am a 13 year veteran of the Canadian Army. I served on 4 tours of duty; between Bosnia and Afghanistan. I was also a police officer. All of this has left me with extreme PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).
My goal here is to raise awareness and to educate people on PTSD. Also, to encourage people to reach out for help (www.7cups.com).
On top of this I discuss many of the things that are assisting me in my recovery from PTSD. Here you can find videos about everything from music, to tattooing and all things tattoo, medical marijuana and I will even share #armystories and #policestories as well as #streetstories.
