"ADMINISTRATIVE" ORDER:

For the understanding of the common public, I am reading out and explaining the order of Bombay High Court regarding the Defamation Proceedings against us i.e. Flat owners Shilpi Thard and her husband Amit Jaisingh, and myself Krishnaraj Rao.
This order ("main order") is regarding the dismissal of Lodha's plea for gagging us i.e. forbidding us from writing or making any videos about them.

The main order is 28 pages long. In this first part, I have read about 9 pages. In order to fully explain the entire order, I may have to upload three or four such videos.
