T'puram: A controversy has erupted over the government's order to implement 10 percent reservation quota for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates applying for MBBS seats in medical colleges. The order, which grants permission for the enhancement of MBBS seats up to 25 percent, is applicable to self-financing medical colleges. Interestingly, the order covers those medical colleges which does not possess the approval of the Indian Medical College. However, the order excluded the self-financing medical colleges with minority status. The colleges with minority status will move the court. #MalayalamNews #MalayalamLatestNews #KeralaNews
