If Spoiling your child, is allowing that child to eat in excess, knowing that his son, was gaining weight to a critical state, then spoiling, is abusing !!
That poor boy will have the scars all over his body, after the skin tightening procedure is done, because basically, the loose skin, will be chopped off and the skin closed up with stitches.
