Meditation procedure
The best time to meditate on this mantra is before and during sunrise
With a purified mind and body sit on a mat facing East or North East
Sit in a steady and comfortable posture. Relax the whole body and close your eyes
You can light a lamp and place a picture of the God/Goddess in front of you and concentrate on the form
Play the mantra video and you may start with mental chanting to focus your mind on mantra and then gradually meditate on the mantra
Rhythm the mantra with the breath and think of the meaning of mantra with a feeling that the mantra is purifying your thoughts and heart
It is best to meditate on the mantra for a minimum of 30 minutes at a stretch
After the completion of mantra video, sit in silence for some time to imbibe the spiritual vibrations of the mantra
