Katie Bentley’s new neighbours claim their evenings are being ruined by screaming and shouting coming through the walls at all hours.
She has been accused of keeping residents up all night, with some so sleep deprived they are considering selling their homes.
These new tales of woe come just weeks after Bentley was evicted from her last home in Bransholme, Hull.
Residents in the street were so happy to see her sent on her merry way they threw a street party to celebrate her leaving.
Bentley now lives in a new flat in west Hull and had allegedly “turned her life around” according to Hull Live.
But residents in her new street complain that they here shouting and screaming through the night.
One woman, who claims to have been left a “nervous wreck” told the local news site: “She has parties all night, her flat is full of rubbish and there are always people coming in and out. Everyone is scared and the whole street is in uproar.
“The neighbours on the other side of the road are selling their house and it has got to the point where I’m just a nervous wreck.
“I can’t take anymore. My husband works and he is losing sleep because of the music and the coming and going of people.
“Everyone wants rid of her and it’s causing a lot of distress.”
Her landlord at her old address, Phil Withnall fought for months to get her out of his property which she left absolutely trashed in Hull.
Mum-of-five Bentley allegedly caused £25,000-worth of damage to the house, ripping up floorboards and smashing windows in the house filled with rubbish.
Landlord Phil had previously offered her £500 to leave the home that used to be "nice", before she was finally evicted in March.
He ultimately had to go to the High Court to get shot of her, Hull Live reports.
Neighbours on the road had always vowed to throw a "Getting Our Street Back Party" if she was evicted — and they finally got to break out the bubbly.
A 57-year-old woman who helped organise the party said: "We're having a big barbecue, we've got a bouncy castle and we've got kids' games after collecting £85 from residents.
"It has been absolutely great [since Miss Bentley left]. It's lovely - we can sleep on a night and it's just great.
"Everyone is so relieved and it means the kids can play out in the street with no backlash off her."
'A RIGHT MESS'
Shocking pictures taken inside the home after she was booted out showed the house reduced to a filthy wreck.
A double bed in the bedroom was pictured stacked with old toys, apparently unwanted items and even more rubbish.
The garden was also full of discarded bike tyres, plastic bags and overflowing bins, while several windows have been clearly smashed.
And one shocking photo showed a horse tied up next to a mouldy pile of waste.
Phil said: "There are copper pipes and the cent
