Why should you surround yourself with like minded people

Here's my take on surrounding yourself with like minded people: It's crucial to your growth to surround yourself with people who are like minded, have similar ways of thinking, similar levels of ambitions, drive, and overall life goals as you. Those are the people who will truly understand you as an individual and will motivate you to become the person you've said you want to be.
