Car crashes and owner just walks away. Weird and Bizarre thing in Queluz

I couldn't record the car tumbling down in time, because, well, I wasn't expecting it. The guy in the suit was the one chasing the car as he went tumbling down. But then , assuming he is the car owner, just went to grab his suitcase in the back of the car, and just left the car there. Either that, or he stole form inside the car. What do you think happened?
