Guyanese stage large demonstration for early elections, respect for constitution July 5th 2019

Over a thousand Guyanese protested on Friday (July 5, 2019) outside the Ministry of the Presidency, calling for early elections, in compliance with Guyana’s Constitution.

As a result of the passage of the no-confidence motion, the APNU+AFC Coalition Government is illegal.

The PPP/C protest action stressed the need for compliance with the rule of law by the Coalition cabal.
