He Got His Learner's Permit || Spencer's 15th Birthday

Spencer's birthday is during his scout campout, so Amber and Jason drive out to the campsite to surprise him with cupcakes and ice-cream. Once he gets home, the family can celebrate properly with gifts, a special birthday breakfast, and dinner out to eat at the Pizza Pie Cafe. Oh yeah...and in the middle of all of that, Spencer heads to the DMV to take his test to receive his learner's permit!
