Hong Kong's leader calls for understanding amid continuing protests

Hong Kong's leader Carrie Lam called for understanding from citizens that the situation surrounding the extradition bill had changed after she halted any further work, and said people should end their protests.

She also spoke about her support for police and their enforcement during protests, but said if people had complaints to bring them to the Independent Police Complaint Council.
