This is my second TEDx Talk that I delivered at TEDxYouth@CamacStreet , Kolkata.

In this talk, I am basically talking about how motivation is overvalued and what matters more is the environment we surround ourselves with.

You need to audit your inner circle: the people you surround yourself with, the music you listen to, the type of content you consume on social media etc; everything plays a huge role in shaping your character.
