Tour the COCOCOZY Design House right in the middle of construction. I take my realtor on a walkthrough inside my major home remodel project but what happens when a little someone suggests putting a zipline in the backyard?

This is the third episode of my new home design series, where I tackle my first home remodel project. This is the first time in the series where you really get to see the house in its "before" state and and I reveal my home remodel plans and design ideas. Plus there are cute kids involved!

Many of you have seen the after photos of the COCOCOZY Design House in House Beautiful, ELLE Decor, MyDomaine, Rue Magazine and other online publications. This series now takes you through how I got to the beautiful after. It is a "docu-design" series...sometimes humorous, sometimes informative and other times tense as I embark on fixing up my first major fixer upper.

The home is located in the center of Los Angeles inView Park which is also known as the black the Beverly Hills. It is a Spanish Colonial Revival home built in 1930. With the help of project manager Tiara Parker Ragland of Almost Anything Inc. , I transformed a 3bed/3bath home into a 4bed/4bath design showcase house. Along the way, we'll give you some insights on interior design and home renovation.
