Outdated Equipment In ACR Labs: Companies Reluctant To Take Them Back; Huge Financial Loss For Labs|

T'puram: Following the news on the usage of outdated equipment in ACR laboratories, the Kerala Health Research and Welfare Society (KHRWS) said that the respective companies of the outdated equipment did not take them away, which led to to the lapse in replacing them with the newly purchased laboratory equipment. The lapse resulted in a great financial loss for the ACR laboratories. Meanwhile, the companies said that they will allow to install the new equipment without calling for tender.
