I had a goal to buy 2 commercial rentals this year of $750k or more and I may not get there. But I might have a $600k plus and close to a $2 million commercial property purchase! If we average them out I am past my goal! Both of these properties have huge upside potential and I can't wait to show them to you once we buy them. There are some very good stories and unique circumstances with both of the properties. Most people in Northern Colorado will recognize one of them.
