What is it With Jess and Face Pats?

Jessica likes patting peoples faces and does frequently. It is a behavior we have to curb when she was out in public and wanted to pat everyones faces. Let's face it, some people are touch-me-nots. I am one of them. One rule that we were successful in implementing was that Jess has to ask first, and respect someones answer when it is no.
