The victim by name Shaik Nayu hem, age 35 years, resident of Sulaeman Nagar returned from work and was present in his house then the accused Mohammad Shoukat resident of chintalmet keeping the grudge in mind that the victim has spoiled his marital life, entered into victim house and told him to vacate the house and took scissor from his pocket and stabbed on the victim chest and escaped from there. Upon hues and cries of the wife of victim, neighbours shifted him to OGH where he is undergoing treatment. A case u/s 307 IPC was registered and investigated into the matter.. Reported by jhangir
