Small Business are sometimes confused about their obligation and in their desire to meet their obligations they go to all lengths to be compliant. Often this could be by duplicate and the business safety documentation, purchasing Safety Manuals that are not suitable for their business or having an employee with little safety knowledge to develop their safety policies and procedures. The best and easiest way is to simplify and customise and investing in expertise as this helps to protect the business from costly fines and expenses when an accident occurs.
