Now of these tips , you might have heard before and some of not.

1: You eat what you see : This is a helpful tip that you eat what you see and this works equally for people who want to gain weight , lose weight and stay fit.For eg: if you want to eat more fruits , keep it on the counter instead of keeping in bag or out of your sight which lets be honest ,hardly finds it way out,to get consumed.Even we can instead peel it off , cut it and keep it in container or bowl and place it on our desk or dining table or at a place which is easily accessible to enjoy , when hungry.So, whenever you pass through, you may grab one fruit and enjoy it. I do it as it helps me to boost the intake of healthy stuffs.If you are lucky enough to pick up fresh fruits especially citrus fruits like orange , load it up . They are high in Vit C , good for immune system , controls bloodsugar level and lowers the risk of cancer.Pear fruit is rich in antioxidants and dietary fibres. Also helps in digestion , weight loss , detox , fight free radicals and cure diabetes.
Pomegranate are again rich source of antioxidants and Vit C.Helps in digestion , protect cells from damage , reduce inflammation . And prevent cancer.Manganese in banana is good for your skin.Potassium in banana is good for your heart health.Bananas gives you energy minus fats and cholesterol.Apple : As said, an apple a day , keeps a doctor away. You may deviate, if your case resembles mine , when your husband is a doctor by profession.Well ,apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.
So, basically i am keeping a good colour combo of fruits from red, yellow , green and so on.
2:Swapping the snacks or fried items with fruits : If you usually keep a plate of chips or fried snacks at your desk , swapping it out with something like nuts or fruits might help. You may take it while working ,while reading the books or simply during your leisure.Another benefit of keeping healthy snacks at front is When ever you open your pantry or fridge , chances are more that you eat that first which comes to your sight easily . So, try to shift the snacks behind and keep healthy foods at front . So that you can focus more on healthy foods.And same things goes for our drink whether its tea or water . Placing it in front of our eyes while you work or study is gonna increase the chances that you will take periodic sips and stay hydrated throughout the day.
Tip 3:Adding fruits with your major or minor meals:I Usually do it with breakfast. I prefer to have fruits adding them with corn flakes . You may try it with oats and cereals too.Corn flakes goes way better with a combo of milk ( cold or hot ) , you may choose that , plus sugar and of course you can make it more delicious by adding fruits like pomegranate , banana , pear fruit and apple. I am sure that will be a great mixture and you may enjoy the taste too as it makes the food so much vibrant and wholesome.You may also have tea may be 2 times a day.You can enjoy it during your work. I basically enjoy my me time or tea time , sitting in balcony with peace , greenery around me and then i enjoy a sip of tea. You may also try that .
