Are you dealing with SORE muscles? It is a very common problem among adults especially after any moderate to intense workout. As well, long periods of sitting at a desk and/ or a computer can leave your upper body very tight and sore which can have a domino effect that may cause headaches and tightness in your jaw. NOT FUN!

But it's not always weak muscles or de-conditioned muscles that cause excessive soreness or pain. Sometimes it has more to do with just needing rest. Regardless of where it's coming from, you need relief and you need it fast!

We sit too much in today's world. Even the most active of us may find ourselves at a desk for hours at a time and we get stiff and restless legs. This sitting causes all kinds of issues from poor posture, to poor circulation and tightness in muscles all over the body. And what's worse is that after a hard training session, those legs are done.


In just 3 minutes per day you can start to improve your posture and how you feel by doing this 3 MINUTE STRETCHING ROUTINE!

The stretches in this routine are as follows:
Upper Trapezius Neck Stretch - 15 seconds per side
Overhead Triceps & Shoulder Stretch - 15 seconds per side
Lying Cactus Spinal Twist - 15 seconds per side
