Impact Teams Analyze Student Work: Part 2 Expert and Proficient Levels Teachers from PS 09 Naples Elementary in Staten Island, NY begin the Impact Team EAA Team: Analyzing Student Work Protocol by analyzing student evidence that fell in the expert and proficient bands on their holistic rubric.
Why were the advanced students successful? Second grade teachers make notes on What students did to be successful and WHY students were successful. The team focuses on effects that were under their control and the successful strategies students used, and plan next steps that students can do to go beyond their current level. They continue on with students at the proficient level.
