“Maybe you are not made for the competitions, Faija," one of the senior in her college said when she was sad after getting failures in many competitions. She was an outgoing and passionate lady from the very beginning, who thought that getting into competition was a platform to show her skills and abilities. But she was not being able to do that. Ms.Faija Parween was always judged for her identity. In this session, she shares how one event that she organized changed the perception of people towards her whole community.
