Papillary fibroelastoma are rare primary benign cardiac tumour,accounting approximately 10% of all cardiac tumour and represents 75% of all valvular cardiac tumour. Papillary fibroelastoma are most frequently located in the heart valve.

These are usually found in older patients and arise from heart valve. These tumour are usually attached to the downstream side of the valve by a small pedicle and irregularly shaped with delicate frontline surface.
