What I SPECIFICALLY EAT on a NO CARB| NO SALT Water Load Day ---DESCRIPTION---
Hey guys!
In todays upload I decided share with you what I specifically eat during a no carb/ no salt water load day. Now I just want to throw out a quick disclaimer!
1. I don't recommend that people try a water cut to lose weight. A water cut is simply to make weight for a specific weight class. It is not for long term weight loss.
2. It may seem like I am not eating a lot this day, I assure you, I was drinking A LOT of water this day.
3. As I say this is a no carb/ no salt water load day, I was still eating a small number of carbs. As i couldn't completely eliminate them I definitely reduced my intake!
