✔Note: Fallen Angels will still ARRIVE BEFORE the Rapture during the days of darkness that will come upon the Earth, but this video is talking about the Trumpet Judgments which happen AFTER the Rapture moment (Revelation 8 onwards).
Read Revelation chapter 8 to chapter 10, which talks about the locusts/scorpions from Hell and some of the other things that will be taking place in the Great Tribulation:

The locusts/demons/scorpions will be evil/viscous and literally, all Hell will break loose on the Earth, after God's Holy Spirit will be removed from the Earth. The time of The Great Tribulation period on earth will be a most violent time, where Satan/Devil will rule the earth, literally.
The message warns about the coming dangers of not being included in the Rapture moment and what people will have to face on the Earth in The Great Tribulation.
This video specifically focuses on the demons/locusts coming out of the Pit of Hell etc...where they will be given the ability to torment people left behind on the Earth in an attempt so that they can see their wrongs before a Holy God and hopefully they will repent of their sins and turn to God for forgiveness of their sins. This torment will only be temporary, for 5 months, and God is hoping that they will come to Him even during this time, so that they don't fall away into Hell for their Eternity, which is forever. God will send this plague so that Humanity will repent and turn to God now, even during this plague. God wishes that they would seek forgiveness during this time, admit their sins to God, & accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour from their sins, so that they can be spared Hell forever, if they wish to turn to JESUS before their last breath.
People need to know what's going to be happening to the Earth in the near future, so that they can seek God now while it is still peaceful and they can make good decisions towards God/The Creator, and seek forgiveness from God for their sins against God's Laws, and choose to commit the rest of their lives to try their best to live their life now, according to how God wants them to live it. This is the best decision that a person can make for their everlasting soul. And then, maintain that decision until their last breath, or until the Rapture moment, when they see Jesus in the air, ready to take them Home to Heaven, to be with Him forever.
