For this project I've had to order all sorts of unusual filaments... Several varieties of TPU andTPE, Acetal Delrin (POM), and now Taulman Bridge and Taulman PCTPE. I haven't tried the PCTPE yet but it looks like the Bridge Filament might work out (for beam springs which are the component that flexes the most).
