Well, Antonio Brown is making headlines again for all the wrong reasons.
Brown orchestrated his exit from the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2019 offseason after clashing with Ben Roethlisberger and other teammates. AB walked out of a practice, was a no-show for Pittsburgh’s week 17 contest, and eventually paved the way for a trade to the Oakland Raiders.
There was belief that Brown would be a true game-changer for Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock. But then Brown started a feud with the NFL over their new helmet rules. He skipped practices while appealing the league’s ruling and looking for a new helmet. And he soon began to take his frustrations out on the Oakland front office.
After being fined by the team and posting a letter from Mayock on social media, reports surfaced that Brown got into a heated argument with the Raiders’ GM and had to be restrained by teammates. So before Brown even caught a pass from Derek Carr, he started all of this drama. We think we know where this is going.
So if the Raiders end up having to get rid of Brown, which teams should make a call for the perennial Pro Bowl wideout? Let’s explore the nine best landing spots for Mr. Brown.
