Hebrews 11 states that faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. Without faith it is impossible to please God. All are counted righteous by grace through faith and it is a gift from God. Not many have faith in the God of the bible. Many professing Christians don't have much faith or are taught that faith is not important. If you simply say you believe something but you don't know what you believe then your faith is empty.
