Hiking to Raise Awareness of the Need for Adequate Help for Mental Illness

What the world needs is hope and healing one step at a time.

What is more sad than people who suffer from mental illness? As a medical professional our hands are often tied because the facilities to help people are full to capacity, and thus they get sent out to try and tackle life on their own. Or the families become ragged and desperate to help their loved ones. We need more help. Plain and simple. More funds = more help.

Tunnel Mountain in Banff National Park is very well traveled and it's neat because people from all over the world come to Banff, and good for them to hike a mountain while they are there!!
