The former NFL star — whose public 2006 New Jersey divorce from second wife Muggli ended with him owing $15.3 million — was in Manhattan Supreme Court for the first time in a new case filed by her, a spokesperson with New York Courts confirmed.
Muggli — who shares 14-year-old twin daughters with the “Good Morning America” co-host — has filed a money judgement in the contested matrimonial case against Strahan filed June 10, court records say.
A year ago, Muggli wanted to move to New York City with the girls so they could be closer to their dad, but ultimately the estranged couple decided the mom and daughters would remain in their North Carolina home so the girls — who are accomplished riders — could continue in the sport, the source said.
