Our 3 Favorite Running Apps These are the 3 training apps that we use every single week to track runs, improve our training, and even work on running form. You ready?

1 - Strava is great for tracking your runs, measuring your progress throughout the year, and even getting ideas for new run routes in your area or while traveling. You can also follow your friends, and my favorite feature, share your GPS file with a friend who ran with you but forgot to record.



2 - The Run Experience App! That's right we made our own training app in order to integrate our best exercises and workouts on warmups, drills, strength training, and running directly into programs to get you ready for any distance. Just open the app, tap on the program, and start training. We'll even remind you to do your post-run mobility to keep you healthy and recovering well!

You'll also love the growing library of searchable single workouts that you can pick and choose from based on your current desires and goals. Run workouts for speed, hills, endurance, and form. Bodyweight and gym-based strength sessions. And let's not forget Yoga and mobility routines!

The GPS tracker will tell you exactly what great things you're accomplishing, and our in-app community will connect you with runners working hard just like you, and with our team of experienced coaches to keep you on track and moving forward.

3 - The metrotimer app is our go-to metronome device we used for the Run Cadence Challenge this past month. Super easy to use. You can change the volume, adjust the beat, and it even plays through your headphones and over music or podcasts. One of our favorite apps, and methods for checking in and improving run form.
