[10.13] Undercover cops conduct arrest & frame protesters for vandalism

Oct 13 - Undercover cops shown up in a mall in Kwai Hing & arrest citizens in black bloc, they were then pulled inside a vandalized store to frame them additional charges.
Those undercover cops did not show any warrant card / batches when requested.
