Delhi CM, Ministers not exempted from odd-even scheme: CM Kejriwal New Delhi, Oct 17 (ANI): Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal announced the implementation of odd-even scheme in Delhi. In a press conference, Kejriwal said, “Odd-even scheme will be implemented from November 04 to November 15. The scheme will also include vehicles coming from other states, and only be implemented on non-transport 4-wheeled vehicles, 2-wheelers will be exempted. The scheme will be applicable from 8 am to 8 pm, except on Sundays. Violating the odd-even scheme will incur a fine of Rs 4000.” He also said, “President, Vice President, PM, Governors, CJI, Speaker of Lok Sabha, vehicles of union Ministers, Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha Leaders of Opposition, Vehicles of Chief Ministers of States and Union Territories, will be exempted from odd-even scheme. Delhi CM and Ministers will not be exempted.”
