[GWENT] Alternative 'cheap' Dwarves (Scoia'tael)

This is an alternative and cheaper deck for dwarves making use of Skaggs instead of Gabor as a nine provision card. Another alternative with this is to swap Munro Boys with Ithlinne for more value on Skaggs and swap one or both Dwarven Agitators out for another dwarf of your choice.
