This video was recorded upside down. Notice that the clouds have an opening in the shape of a triangle and the wispy square clouds inside never really move or change form whatsoever. We just had a hailstorm like minutes before that. I've never seen anything this unnatural. Please let me know if anybody else has seen anything like it before . Also to me it looks like the all seeing eye.
