They made call and asked me my details i have given but they have not said that we have to enter an agreement after that they send me a agreement in which i have not sign. I have asked him over phone he said that it is nominal, they send me a notice along with mobile number. I have spoken with him he is speaking very badly and i've not spoken with them, today they send me a notice that i have to pay rs9800/-
got call from them as there is work from home based and they ask one i'd proof for registration and once i send they prepare one agreement with lots of conditions which says i am agree all the the things when i call their customer care they just listen and did not response even they send me wrong details and after six days they send me new agreement states that you need achive 90% accuracy if not then you have to pay 9000 amount।

got a phone call on 4th november 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache entering saying that if i complete 90% of correct captache within 10 days i’ll earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join. On the same day an i shared my adhar card & pan card and then online agreement was send to me which i submitted. Then i got a link to download their apps. After few days when i don’t understand weather i am doing correct or not i called them but didn’t get any response. Then after a week there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i not complete the work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me. Then they mail me of advocate notice.
received a call from onway solutions executive about work from home. They send me a link. To ooen this link i have to insert otp. After inserting otp i get a legal contract, after reading this i refused to do the job. But after some time thier are so many calls and mailer are received to pay penalty for not completing their job work. They said i confirm the contract by inserting otp but contract is shown to me after putting otp. So how can ut be consider as my confirmation. Please help me on this matter.
