In our test configuration, the Burris XTR II was equipped with an illuminated SCR reticle in the first image plane. The illuminated reticle has 11 brightness settings and the parallax compensation ranges from 50 m to infinity. SCR stands for "Special Competition Reticle". Burris developed this especially for the XTR II.
Burris riflescopes are all easy and intuitive to use. For the XTR II test model, the illumination is on the left side. This is also where the adjustment knob for parallax compensation is located.
The Burris XTR II is certainly not only an alternative to traditional manufacturers for price-conscious long-range shooters, but also for all those who appreciate high optical quality, good workmanship and extensive features!
