Phineas picked the wrong colonist! In this playthrough of The Outer Worlds, Ash's evil/dumb character emerges to rule or destroy Halcyon (or both...in this case, they might be the same thing). He'll be playing according to the following rules: 1. If there is a "dumb" dialog option available, he MUST pick it.
2. No saving/reloading to change outcomes of choices.
3. No loyalty to any in-game characters or factions. No helping if there's no profit in it!
