Jesus says he came to divide us, even from our own family. That's not what most pastors and Christians believe, and certainly not what they want. It is also politically incorrect. United we stand, divided we fall, right? But Jesus doesn't want to be popular. He wants real believers, who follow God and truth. If there is anything you love more than him, he won't accept you. It's a hard choice, and he won't make it easier. But if you want him, he's worth it.
