Self motivation is the essence of success, those who are self motivated never quit on their dreams but those who are not self Motivated quit easily when the challenges come, there is no big difference between success & failure the single biggest difference is the never quitting attitude and we can only keep pushing ourselves when we are attached with self motivation. People get motivated easily but when the problem comes their motivation goes down and then they complain that they did whatever required to succed but they still failed but they never confess their mistake. its not easy for get self motivated, we have to go deeper to know what we actually want in life then the spark of self motivation arises from within, the spark of self motivation helps us to keep going.
passion will create the way where there is no way but most of peopl dont know what they are passionate about. when we are passionate we only have one thing in mind all the time and we dont get bored, 90% people in the world lose their life but they never think about it. dont do anything for which you dont have passion.
