#Slowvember Art Challenge continues! Now, Slowvembers is an art challenge proposed by Lee White of the Society of Visual Storytelling meant as a follow-up challenge to Inktober. Seeing as I didn’t do Inktober, I’ve changed the rules of Slowvember slightly to begin working right away and not take week 1 off. Already whipping up concept work with the decided topic of something Buffy the vampire-related, this is Video 3 in the 5 Video Slowember Series of Joe from Joethink’s journey though taking an entire month to complete a single piece of artwork.
This will be the last video showcasing concept work that leads up to the final piece of artwork. It’s been a fun adventure working for so very long on a single artwork. At this point, I finally know what I want out of the last piece of work and I have chosen an Image where the original 3 of the Scoobie gang; Buffy, Willow, and Zander face off against the demon form of Mayor Wilkins, Olvikan. This video features my first full concept of the final piece of work.
