So what I could gather, the hawthorne pd was chasing 3 teens in a car, unknown why, they did a pit maneuver and the teens car slammed into a gated parking lot and the pd car burst into flames and was still smoking on the tow truck taking it away. 2 of the teens took a trip in the ambulance and the other (i think a female) was taken by pd.
CAN YOU BELIEVE THESE 7 CITIES ARE PAYING UPWARDS OF 16 MILLION $$ DOLLARS TO CHANGE THEIR RADIO FREQUENCY TO ENCRYPTED?!
paying that much money, and robbing us of our right to po transparency?!
