2019 Dublin Winter Pride - LGBTQ Tribal Elders take tea with Lord Mayor at Mansion House. The inaugural Irish Winter Pride took place in the first week of 2019. It included a week long series of events and began with a musical extravaganza at the National Concert Hall. The second day was given over to a celebration of LGBTQ Tribal Elders and was titled Older than Stonewall, which happened to take place exactly 50 years previously.



The event began with a tour of Dublin's 300 year old Mansion House, courtesy of sitting Lord Mayor, Councillor Paul McAuliffe and was attended by representatives of all shades of the LGBTQ community. This was was followed by tea with the Lord Mayor, before the afternoon was rounded off by a private guided tour of the National Gallery of Ireland, where the guests were show many of the works wit specific LGBTQ relevance.

The day concluded with cocktails at Penny Lane, one of Dublin's newest and most fabulous LGBTQ venues.
