Nursing an injury, I thought I'd get back to basics with some grade 2 solo climbing in the Cairngorms. The weather and snow conditions looked too perfect to miss out on. I'd been meaning to climb the Runnel for a while, and it certainly deserves it's status as a low grade classic. The crux chimney felt like the upper end of what I'm happy to solo. My first attempt at outdoor shooting, on my phone with a gimbal.
